Does what it needs to do and does it superbly. Only improvement Id suggest is placing "back" button at bottom of screen when browsing products since Im already at the bottom after viewing search results...

I had a very good experience shopping with sierra trading post today. Their customer service is top notch. When I had a question on my order a helpful human answered my call within about 10 seconds.
Some bad moments
Ive bought lots from Sierra trading post over the years and this is by far the best app Ive used. Their customer service is also 5 stars if you should ever need to call.
On a mobile device, the app is so much faster and very intuitive. Nice job STP.

The app is nice BUT I could not find the page with coupon codes. If its there, it is hidden. So I had to go to the Web site to shop because there was a coupon that gave me 15% off plus half off shipping. For this reason alone, the app is useless to me - I ALWAYS check the coupon page and usually there is an applicable one and to use it, you have to shop on the site. BIG screwup not to have this on the app. I will never use it.
Company is great - app not up to same standard. If using the web version you can get to sizing charts but on app it doesnt exist. For example when previewing socks on the app good luck knowing what the manufacturers sizing is; youll have to toggle to the STP web version to find it. STP should be able to fix this issue.
